cork supplies
« on: November 13, 2015, 07:16:56 AM »
I found some cork sheeting; and I'm drawing a blank what to use it for.  I did it once for the sandy beach on a card; but, atlas, it's no longer summer.  Any suggestions?

I was viewing some cards and came across this ice cream cone card; thinking cork could work for the cone base; with lines added as shown on picture.  not the best picture to view; as it was too large for the posting here.  It is not my favorite pastime to resize pictures; and trying to even locate a picture on my computer; because I have so many.

I think using cork for the ice cream cone would work very well.
I'm not sure I've ever used cork, but I would think it would be good for adding dimension.  You could paint it with acrylic paint if you don't like the cork color.  I'm thinking if you painted it white you might be able to make a snow man out of it.

I use if for a sandy beach when making beach themed cards.
