make your own embossing folder

Tools: (I used) card board, the kind comic collectors use for storing their comics, *grunge paper, xacto knife, scotch quick dry glue and a print out of the design. Alternates, you can try using cereal box card board for the folder & design.
Once I printed the design from my printer, I traced the design to the grunge paper. I cut out the design with the knife, being careful not to make any nicks or divots, unless you're going for that look, lol. I glued the positive side to one side of the 'folder', once it dried I replaced the negative of the design back into the positive side to make sure it aligned right. I added glue to the negative then closed the folder over it to keep it straight. Don't leave the folder closed once you've glued or it might glue shut, lol.Be sure to burnish the designs in place. You don't have to glue every nook & cranny, but do be sure to glue a lot of it. Feel free to ask questions in case this was as clear as mud

You can google this as well to see pictures.
