Spotlight Stamping
« on: June 28, 2020, 02:58:01 PM »
There are several ways to do this, my favorite is to used a big busy stamp and select one area only to color. I like to use a die to cut out the area I want to color; color it then put it back into the image with a dimension dot or foam tape so it stands up a little. Google it and pick the technique you like best.
